Organize campaign links without a spreadsheet

Folders by channel beat a flat list of 200 codes. Site, ads, partners and QR each get a drawer you can open in one click.

A flat list of short links dies the week a second campaign starts. The live header button sits next to last year’s QR and a partner test. Organizing campaign links is not extra process. It is the only way the next person can ship a change without asking you on chat.

Four folders that cover most teams

Partners get their own folder or a folder per partner if you run affiliate traffic. Do not mix a partner bio link with your homepage button. When a partner leaves, you retire one drawer.

Name codes like a human will search them

Use the page and the action: home-header, pricing-android, blog-track-clicks. Avoid random words. In three months you will not remember that “sunset” was the June sale. Link folders keep the list short enough that the name is visible without a wiki.

QR is just a campaign link you can hold

Print a short URL, not a 200-character destination. If the offer changes, you retarget the code. The poster stays. That is the whole point of a tracked QR. Put those codes in the offline folder so a designer does not reuse an ad link on a box.

How this looks in Link

Open the cabinet, make a folder, drag links into it, create the next campaign inside that folder. The first time you open the app, the first folder is already waiting. Stats stay on the link card. The folder is only the shelf.

When you want the live site map of URLs, you open Site. When paid asks for “the link”, you open Paid. Nobody exports a sheet unless they want a backup.
